Email Us
Login in Web Console and Click on Help Desk on Left Pane.

You will need:

A Valid Support Account (created at sign up)
If using email, you must send from your primary email account assigned at signup.

How much does it cost?

Support is Included in your monthly agreement and is provided at no extra cost

		We've Just Migrated to a new Server. Control Panels are now updated to Plesk 7.5 for Windows.   We've added additional Anti-SPAM protection by adding support for SPF. We now reject all SPF failures. We also utilize RDNS anti-spam measures on our mail server.
